Joan D. Gutés Pascual, architect (UPC-ETSAB), Master in Facilities Management (La Salle University - URL) and MBA in Construction & Real Estate from the Reading University, including the Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management. With over 25 years of experience, he has been working with the major Real Estate Service Providers in the industry advising owners, occupiers and developers. He is Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and previously he was member of ULI-Urban Land Institute (Young Leader).

Phi Real Estate: Jordi Puig. Based in Barcelona, he is Founder and Managing Director at Phi Real Estate. Jordi brings experience from previous roles at Barcelona Urban Cluster, Ajax Capital Partners, Santander Privat Banking, CBRE and Winterthur. He is a CEFA, has a degree in Economics from UB and a Management Development Program from IESE Business School. 

Driven Capital: Antonio Celaya Tosal, Lic & MBA, Administración & Dirección de Empresas by ESADE Business & Law School. He has worked for "La Caixa" in Corporate Finance and in JLL King Sturge (now Jones Lang Lasalle JLL) as Investment Director. With over 25 years of experience, in 2009 he founded Driven Capital and from 2015 is also Managing Partner of Peninsula Property Investors.

MA: Ignacio Moro Ojeda. Civil Engineer from the Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya, with a Masters Degree in Business Administration by ESADE. With over 35 years of experience, he is also (i) Moro Ojeda & Asociados founding partner (ii) Former Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), (iii) Founding member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Chapter Barcelona. He has been a Council Member of the Spanish Association of Project Management (AEDIP).

IESE: Carles Vergara Alert. He earned his PhD in Business Administration (Finance and Real Estate) from the University of California at Berkeley, Haas School of Business. He holds a Master of Financial Engineering (MFE) from the University of California, Berkeley. He has also earned a B.A. and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya as well as a PDD from IESE Business School. With over 25 years of experience in finance and real estate is also Professor at the IESE’s Financial Management Department.
